Got questions?

Do I need internet to use GuestAura?+

No. GuestAura works completely offline on your local WiFi network. Internet is only needed to download the software initially. Your guest data never leaves your laptop.

Which devices does it work on?+

GuestAura runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptops or desktops. Staff can use any smartphone — Android or iPhone — with Chrome browser. No app download needed for staff.

Which TVs are supported?+

Any TV with an HDMI port works. For wireless, your TV needs to support Miracast or Screen Mirroring — most Smart TVs from 2016 onwards support this. HDMI cable is always the most reliable option.

How do I receive my license key after payment?+

After UPI payment, email your payment screenshot and Machine ID to support@guestaura.in. You will receive your personal license key within a few hours. The key activates your device permanently.

Can I use one license on multiple laptops?+

Each license is tied to one laptop. If you change your laptop, we will transfer your license for free. Contact us at support@guestaura.in.

What happens after my 7-day trial ends?+

After 7 days the app shows a license screen. Your settings, music, and configuration are all saved. Purchase a license and enter your key — everything picks up exactly where you left off.

Is there a refund policy?+

Yes. If GuestAura does not work on your setup within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. Email support@guestaura.in.
